The Great Outdoors Expo (the Expo) brings together over 80 leading local and national suppliers of relevant products and services. Located at Kennedy Park, Pauanui, the Expo provides an open and relaxed environment for suppliers to promote, demonstrate, market and sell their products and/or services. Vendors will also be able to build awareness of their brand(s) and their databases of potentially interested customers.

There will be no charge to visitors in order to maximise attendance.  The Expo will run from 9am to 4pm.

During the summer peak, the population of Pauanui climbs to 15,000+ (20x its resident population). Neighbouring Tairua (25 minutes by car or 5 minutes by ferry (which runs at least hourly during the summer peak)) grows to 10,000+ (7x). Pauanui is also an easy commute from Whangamata, Whitianga and the Thames Coast. These holiday-makers represent some of the wealthiest families from Auckland, the Waikato and further afield. They have significant discretionary spending power and are likely to be early- adopters of new product developments. There is a good mix of families, empty-nesters and retirees. In general, visitors are in a relaxed mood and ready to shop.
